Kathy Ladley
I obtained my Real Estate Sales License in 1981. I completed the requirements for an Assoicates Broker’s License in 1988. In addition to my Broker’s License, I also earned the GRI designation. I believe the only way to provide superior service, is through knowledge and experience.
The focus of my career has primarily been Residential Sales. However, I have also been involved with property management. I enjoy working with investors – their goals provide a unique challenge.
I was vice-president of my Homeowners Association, which provided an awareness of the importance of community involvement.
For several years, I was assoicated with Manor Junior College as an instructor of Real Estate Fundamentals & Practices. I found teaching to be a very rewarding experience, which benefited me as well as my students.
I am a member of our loal board or Realtors (MCAR), the Pennsylvania Assoication of Realtors (PAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
My interests are varied, I look forward to the opportunities every day presents.

I started Dan Helwig, Inc. Realtors in 1976 and built a successful business by understanding my customers, selling in the incredible area of Flourtown, Erdenheim, Chestnut Hill, Oreland, Wyndmoor and Fort Washington.
