I specialize in Property Management, and I have been in my current position here at Dan Helwig Inc. – Realtors since December of 2000. During that time frame, I have taken several courses in Property Management to expand my knowledge of this spcialized field. We are currently managing over 200 units and we represent well over 125 different property owners. The needs vary for each owner and every tenant. Our office concentrates on solving the problems and concerns for both these groups in an efficient and timely manner. Our goal, when interacting with contractors, is clear communication so that our expectations are realized, the owners’ property is maintained and the tenants can expect a safe and well maintained and the tenants can expect a safe and well-maintained building.
We belong to the organization HAPCO which is a wonderful resorurce with open communication. The rights and concerns of the property owner are addressed as well as the best way of soliving a maintenance, legal or tenant problem.
My favorite hobby is traveling but I also enjoy reading, theater and sports.

I started Dan Helwig, Inc. Realtors in 1976 and built a successful business by understanding my customers, selling in the incredible area of Flourtown, Erdenheim, Chestnut Hill, Oreland, Wyndmoor and Fort Washington.
