Terry Helwig is a seasoned professional at the intersection of commercial real estate and technology. Since 2019, he has served as a Consulting Specialist for The Pureland Group, where he modernizes IT systems and manages operations for a portfolio of 70+ commercial units. His 20+ years in data warehousing and information technology bring efficiency, structure, and innovation to every layer of the business.
Terry earned his Pennsylvania Real Estate License in 2020, further expanding his role into acquisitions and brokerage. He holds an MBA in Business and Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1996, where he was active in the Computer Science Multimedia Lab. He also earned his Bachelor’s in Economics from Tufts University, where he balanced academics with his love of Ultimate Frisbee and participation in the Computer Science Club.
