Perkiomen Township

Perkiomen Township was formed in 1886 when Skippack-Perkiomen was divided along the Perkiomen Creek. Around 9,000 residents share just under five square miles of mixed suburban neighborhoods and remaining farmland. The township’s southern edge follows the 37-mile Perkiomen Creek, providing easy access to the Schuylkill River Trail and local parks.
