Have you ever tried to get a service person out to look at your property? You are lucky if they show up. With Dan Helwig Realtors they Always show up—and on time! Dan Helwig Realtors has the best service people I have ever seen. They are professional, prompt and reasonably priced. The fact that Dan, Mandy, May, Chris and the entire Dan Helwig Realtors team live locally also ensures prompt service. Dan or one of his staff often stops by the properties to be sure all is well. I receive regular emails from May regarding the monthly rents. Chris lets me know immediately if anything needs to be addressed. Communication with the Dan Helwig Realtor team is excellent; they get back to me immediately if I have a question or concern. We are retired and are traveling in our RV. I don’t have to worry about our properties because the Helwig Management team worries for us! They treat our properties as if they are their own. We feel like part of the Dan Helwig Realtors family—and a great family it is!
