- A minimum credit score of 680
- Proposed rent should not exceed 30% of the monthly household income

We require our tenants to carry renters insurance in the amount of $10k personal property and $100k liability.
First month’s rent, last month’s rent, and 1-month security deposit are due prior to lease signing.
A 1-month non-refundable deposit is required to take the property off the market and hold it for you. This deposit will be applied to the monies due at lease signing.
Non-refundable pet deposits are required for tenants wishing to have pets in residences that permit them.
